Black Fox is committed to providing a web experience that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. This site is designed and developed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and to Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, as amended.

Conformance

We test against current versions of major screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver), keyboard-only navigation paths, color-contrast requirements, and reduced-motion preferences. Where third-party components are used, we evaluate their accessibility and document any limitations.

Known limitations

Some embedded media (such as third-party LinkedIn feeds) may not yet meet AA. We work with vendors to address gaps and document alternatives.

If you encounter a barrier to using this site, email [email protected] with subject line “Accessibility.” Include the page URL, the issue, and the assistive technology you are using. We aim to respond within five business days.

Federal procurements

For solicitations requiring an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR/VPAT), Black Fox provides a current statement on request and produces capability-specific ACRs as part of any deliverable that includes a public-facing user interface.
